Public Service Division
- CTV's community access program offers Prince George's County residents and community groups the opportunity to become trained and certified to produce programs that can reach out to the entire community through cable television.
Membership
- Non-profit groups can submit video or written PSAs for airing on CTV. Requests for coverage of community events are also accepted.
